the item was posted and delivered very quickly and its appearance matched its photo , although there was no celophane wrap in place which i thought there should have been . it arrived in great condition being in a box with extra paper wrapping to protect the bottle . the product did seem to be genuine as the fragrance was the same and was great value for money.leaving 5* feedback for this seller .

As Described Fast Delivery. Very very GOOD PKG. Arrived safely sealed in a strong Pvc Post bag Envelope. Both items as Described. Smaller in size than Expected. But GOOD value. The product was sent out promptly however Evri have let the company down, with their attempted deliveries but not actually turning up twice, I waited in for them and kept getting unable to deliver messages. Their customer service was terrible too! Maybe consider who you use as your courier?!
I can not fault the product or this company who I have ordered from. The product was well packaged and as described, thank you.

Dispatched quickly, wrapped with lovely care. Very pleased. The usual useless Evri though..delivery promised notified Saturday 4.30-6.30 received delayed email at 6.42pm, then email saying Monday delivery, then delivered today Sunday left on steps to an open porch, on a main road to be stolen…gate left wide open which had been closed. Evri are a disaster.

Absolutely fantastic seller, great comms, same day despatch, tracked A+++. Terrible courier choice, EVRI. A two day tracked service became 6 days, had to ask seller and Ebay to help (they both did). Finally arrived 3 days late and EVRI courier didn’t even knock or use doorbell, just left my high value parcel on my driveway. Lucky I checked before locking up. PLEASE use a better courier. That would be anyone other than EVRI!

Great price and quality product shipping within the day and updated the tracking information. Evri managed to damage the package so could not be delivered. Full refund actioned by seller on being informed of problem. Great company to deal with.
