Good product as I used it before, well packed and fast delivery. However seller has high price products and when I ask her what made her products so expensive, since there’s other sellers seeling cheaper than her, she couldn’t be bother to reply back to me. Also, because she was selling Novex 1kg pot for £33.45 instead of answering to me she decided to remove the product from Ebay.
She has good reviews but her pricing should be checked.

Beware!
Seller apparently dispatched my item with tracking, however no movement with tracking for nearly 10 days?!,A different item was ordered from another E-Bay seller which arrived within 48hrs of tracking. I didn’t bother to go through seller as i lost faith in their ability, went straight to E-Bay for a refund which was granted today. Quicker to order from China than Leeds with this seller

It’s a great item, HOWEVER a totally unnecessary amount of packaging was used. One envelope alone would suffiice, it wasn’t a fragile item, but Instead it was posted wrapped in a huge sealed, air cushioned package and large bag.

Item bore no resemblance to advertised picture. Was disappointed that I received a curly wig (Mommy style) rather than an the asymmetric style that was shown.
