Product as described , I haven’t tried yet but even if the product is rubbish that is not the fault of the seller . It was sent out the same day as I ordered it and I was kept informed and able to track it . Arrived a little later than was first expected but got here eventually 🤣and again I was informed of the slight delay . Would use this seller again ….

The seller provided a great service with a timely delivery. The items were as advertised and I was happy with the product.
Unfortunately the courier “Evri” let us down. They delivered and photographed at the wrong address, half a mile away so I did not get the parcel until three days later! Absolutely disgusted with Evri and their driver and if I had a choice would never use the again.
Not Solbeauty’s fault snd they were great with their communication and attempts to resolve the issue.

Original purchased came with bottle broken , contacted seller and sent photos, seller offered a replacement which was accepted. Seller sent a tracking number for item , this arrived this weekend fully bubble wrapped and securely packaged. Would recommend this seller for prompt response and keeping me updated, many thanks.

Great value and as described. I can’t fault the seller at all. My only complaint is with the company EVRI who Ebay used to deliver item. Delivery window was between 12 and 1 and never showed up till just after 2pm. This is a failure on ebays behalf and shouldn’t use EVRI as although the delivery driver was polite and everything, the company EVRI are truly one of the worst delivery companies every. Cheapest isn’t the best. Royal mail or DPD are far better companies
