Just as I would expect with a new item, new condition and well packaged. Good price and received only 1 day over the expected delivery, but that is no reflection on the seller, that’s down to Royal Mail who delivered it to the wrong address!

Brand new box of Azzaro Pour Homme. Very carefully packed, short of being flattened by a steam roller there was no way of damaging item so would be a good seller to use for buying products as gifts. Great price for genuine product.

One of three Xmas presents ordered on Friday which as I paid for a Saturday delivery I expected on the Saturday.However after several weekend emails to a much helpful lady called Rachel I have received the items on Monday , so Xmas saved thank goodness.
Also refunded the extra charge which I paid for on the items for Saturday delivery.
